By the end of the day, each lady will have created her own plan for healing. To seal their decisions and help them to breakthrough, we teach the ladies how to break boards. What a powerful experience! We ask them to write the habit, sin, pain, memory, attitude - whatever is holding them in bondage - on one side of the board and write a dedication on the other side of the board. We teach them to look beyond the problem and press through. Not by might nor power but by His Spirit. Oh the joy of freedom!
